Meditation Instruction

  • Meditation in motion, transforming the philosophy of yoga into experiential reality-transcending every aspect of your being. This practice integrates joyful inner stillness with effortless outer action in the world. Learn to live in harmony and alignment—the essence of authentic yoga.

  • Meditation technique is based on the ancient Vedic tradition of enlightenment in India. This knowledge has been handed down by Vedic masters from generation to generation for thousands of years. The Vedic tradition introduced Meditation to the world, restoring the knowledge and experience of higher states of consciousness at this critical time for humanity. When we teach the Meditation technique we maintain the same procedures used by teachers thousands of years ago for maximum effectiveness.

  • 1. Simple: Meditation technique is a simple, effortless mental process practiced for 15–20 minutes twice a day, sitting quietly and comfortably in a chair with the eyes closed.

  • 2. Easily learned: The Meditation technique can be easily learned by anyone and is enjoyable to practice.

  • 3. Immediate benefits: The benefits of the Meditation technique are immediate and increase over time. The technique’s positive effects—for mind, body and relationships—have been verified by hundreds of research studies conducted at top medical schools and published in over 350 peer-reviewed scientific journals.

  • 4. No belief required: Meditation techniques do not involve belief. In fact, you can be thoroughly skeptical and the technique will still be fully effective.

  • 5. Develops the total brain: Brain research shows that Meditation techniques develops the total brain, increasing creativity and intelligence and improving decision-making and problem-solving abilities. are not a religion or philosophy and involves no change in lifestyle.

  • 6. Reduces stress and high blood pressure: Medical school research funded by the National Institutes of Health shows that Meditation is the most effective mind-body practice for reducing stress and stress-related disorders, including hypertension, high cholesterol, stroke and atherosclerosis.

  • 7. Unique: Meditation technique is unlike any other form of self-development—in practice and results. The technique is distinguished by its naturalness, effortlessness and profound effectiveness.

  • Meditation techchnique simply and naturally allows the mind to settle down to experience a state of inner coherence and calm during which time the left and right hemispheres, and the front and back of the brain, begin to work in harmony with each other. This brain wave coherence has been correlated with improvements in memory, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. This change in brain functioning also affects the rest of the physiology, reducing high blood pressure, strengthening the heart, and overall improving health.” DEVELOP YOUR BRAIN Increased use of brain reserves During Meditation early (sensory) components of the brain’s response to somatosensory stimuli are more widely distributed across the cortex, indicating greater participation of the whole brain in the response to a stimulus. The NIH further states that "there is sufficient evidence of acupuncture's value to expand its use into conventional medicine and to encourage further studies of its physiology and clinical value." The NIH report mentions that the efficacy of acupuncture has been found in the following conditions:
  • Addictions
